Perhaps it is cliche, but as one of the younger members, he viewed this as something that could truly change the world and win untold numbers of souls for the Lord. As a career sales leader, Jeff works with Vicki to grow the program and partnerships.

His interests over the years have included cooking, reading, hunting, flying, snowmobiling, motorcycling, custom crafting medals and awards, and even designing a beautiful Japanese Garden. He was President of the Dallas Bonsai Society and Dallas Koi Kichi Club.
He’s a guy to go to for solid Scriptural wisdom and sound advice. With a great mind for numbers, he works to ensure this nonprofit keeps up its mission while staying on budget.
With the incredible response Vicki continually received to handing out cut paper slips with Words of Encouragement and Words of Wisdom, it was Jeff's prompting that helped the family realize there is a real opportunity to reach and encourage people on a larger scale.
With the Lord’s help, Jeff has never met an obstacle that he couldn’t overcome. He has a brilliant mind and is always using it to find ways to serve our Creator and others. Perhaps it is cliche, but as one of the younger members he views WoE2WoW as something that could truly change the world and win untold numbers of souls for the Lord. As a career sales leader, Jeff works with Vicki to grow the program and partnerships.
Growing up in the Rance household in the early years was never boring – Jeff was highly active in Boy Scouts and, in addition to being an Eagle Scout and former member of the Order of the Arrow, year after year he was the #1 Popcorn salesman in Circle Ten Council (one of the largest councils in the Boy Scouts of America). Jeff was involved with Junior Leadership Development both locally and nationally – leading both weekend and week-long Leadership Campouts as the Senior Patrol Leader; he also attended the National Junior Leader Instructor Camp (N.J.L.I.C.) at Philmont Scout Ranch where he was voted as permanent Patrol Leader. Jeff played Varsity Football as a lineman and played post in Basketball during High School while he also practiced Tung Soo Do. He started a window washing business and an IT consulting company to make money when he wasn’t camping or playing sports.
While attending Abilene Christian University, he was involved as an adult leader (Assistant Scout Master) with a local Boy Scout troop, was a founding member of the business fraternity “Phi Beta Lambda” and the volunteer organization “Students in Free Enterprise” (S.I.F.E.), and worked with the IT HelpDesk where he supported key Campus leadership such as the President, the Dean of Students, and the Dean of several Colleges including the College of Business Administration (C.O.B.A.). Before graduating in 2005, Jeff started a computer company where he negotiated the exclusive rights to provide student PCs sold to students through the Campus Store.
After graduation, Jeff moved back to Dallas where he continued the IT Consulting he’d done since middle school but with a now full-time focus. After experiencing some good success, he sought a way to improve his salesmanship and pursued another passion – cars. Starting with a local Toyota dealership, he was able to hone his salesmanship while also being leveraged by the dealership group to provide IT planning & execution, Marketing strategy, provide vendor management, in addition to wearing many other hats. After a half-dozen years working for the largest privately held and most profitable dealer group at the time, Jeff transitioned to the Solution provider side of the business where he has spent over a decade partnering with Automobile Dealerships to provide Software Platform, Marketing, & Consulting Solutions.
Jeff is excited to bring his strong Software & Marketing Platform expertise to the WoE2WoW mission!
