| Psalm 118:24 – “This is the day that the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” |
How do you know when your day turns in the wrong direction?
People who research such things pin down that time to the minute.
It is 8:36 A.M.
The day’s tone gets set early, typically because of morning mishaps.
Thos include waking up sick, a bad night’s sleep, or a headache. Mornings are critical for setting the tone for the day.
Inconvenience contributes to the blah feeling. Losing keys or leaving your phone at home can mess up a day early.
We awaken with high expectations, but then life gets in the way. If you change your expectations, your day can change.
The Psalmist reminds us: “This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24)
When you feel for your keys and can’t find them or your head pounds, stop to remind yourself that God made your day. It is a blessing that some no longer have.
Then at 8:36 A.M., you can move on with a blessed day.
