Crystal, the undisputed social butterfly of the Rance family, never meets a stranger and is fast friends with almost anyone. Alongside her husband, Derek “Cole” Barr, she coordinates outreach and equipping events with warmth and purpose. With a degree in Criminal Law and Justice, Crystal has served as a volunteer firefighter, licensed Crime Scene Investigator, 911 operator, and worked with the FBI to combat underage prostitution. She now serves as the Marketing Manager for Coast Automotive and manages Barr Tribe Ranch, wearing many hats from chef and chauffeur to counselor and decorator. Above all, Crystal is passionate about her faith, continually growing spiritually and joyfully sharing Jesus with everyone she meets.
