Michele is a devoted follower of Christ, continually in awe of His boundless love. Each day, she is deeply moved by God’s unfailing faithfulness, compassion, generosity, and grace.

She is married to her college sweetheart, Gary, and together they’ve built a life centered on faith and family. They are proud parents of two amazing adult children—a son and a daughter—who, in turn, have gifted them with a beloved daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and three precious grandchildren (ages 5, 3, and 1). Professionally, Michele is a Leadership Development Consultant who partners with senior executives and leadership teams to cultivate high-trust cultures that drive meaningful impact and strong business outcomes.

Michele earned her undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University (in a year she prefers not to disclose 😊) and is currently working toward completing her Master’s in Counseling—a goal she looks forward to achieving in the near future.
