You have a hiding place in the Lord, day or night, He is there for you. When we trust in the Lord, we know He has our back!
We all have times of difficulties and challenges that come our way. Whether it be trouble with sickness, finances, relationships or just hard times in general, we can have faith that God is on our side and will guide us to victory. That’s a joy of belonging to the Lord!
There is no better hiding place than letting the Lord be your strength, your rock, your provider, your healer and your counselor for life. He has a plan for each of us and He is going to lead us.
I went into my hiding place when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. I had peace knowing that the Lord was on my side, and no matter what, I was going to be okay. I had the thyroid removed in 2013 and have been cancer free since then.
My left vocal cord was damaged during surgery, and it was paralyzed for months. I had no voice for a few weeks. When my voice came back, it was not as strong as it used to be. This was all going on at the time I was taking a course in ‘Homiletics’ and had to preach in front of the entire class for my final grade! Amazingly, my voice was loud enough to pass the class. God’s love never fails! I know this as He proves it over and over again! Today, l use my voice visiting, teaching and praying with those in prison. God makes possible the impossible!
Prayer:
Lord, thank you for the hiding place you provide us with, with you all things are possible. You never leave us; we can be joyful for your unfailing love you show us. In Jesus Name, Amen
