It seemed life was over as I was diagnosed with BiPolar Disorder in l998. I hallucinated for a period of time and was even put in a mental clinic for two weeks. We had been foreign missionaries in Thailand and the Philippines; and my husband, David, believed God wanted us back in Asia. Who would send someone with BiPolar? It seemed impossible! For two years we struggled and then January 2000, God healed me through minimal medication. As well, when we knocked on the door of our missions ministry we were in our 60’s. Some said we were too old. It was an impossible situation for sure, but eventually God opened the door for our church family, The Hills church in Ft. Worth, TX to send us to E. Asia in 2007. We labored there for 13 years. I was 76 years old when we returned to America, and David was 74, both of us in good health. Indeed! With the power of God working, all things are possible!!. Even though the odds were against us, our God was able to move all mountains and make possible the seemingly impossible.
