It’s lovely when our lawn is lush green with beautiful flowers blooming all around!
It’s a short-lived beauty! We can’t count on it to always look that great!
We can’t rely on our spouse, friends or even ourself to have a beautiful attitude year-round. We all fall short! We go through good times and bad! We might run low on money today, and have more than enough tomorrow. Family may be fighting today, and everyone might be getting along great tomorrow! Friends now, may not be friends later. Everything is perpetually changing around us!
Really, the only thing that is constant and never changing is the Word of God. We can count on every single thing He says 24/7! He never lies, He has the big picture and His way is the right way all.the.time! His love for us never fails. We are never disappointed when we trust Him wholeheartedly.
