This is a pretty exciting verse! This verse shows that Jesus is placed above the angels and reinforces that angels worship Him. Angels could not bring salvation- only Jesus could accomplish providing forgiveness for our sins and the promise of eternal life. Through time God has used angels as His messengers to His people. They were used to announce the birth of Jesus, protect Daniel from the lion's mouth, announce the promise of a son to Abraham, warn Joseph to take Jesus to Egypt etc. God sends angels to help those of us who love Him! You can put your hope in the Lord because if you have nothing else, He is all you need!
